Order Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Estimates within Australia and New Zealand:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping (Australia only): 1–3 business days
      Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs: a flat rate is provided at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

International Orders

  • We currently ship to most regions worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HALO candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied:

  • Returns: You may return your unused candle(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your candle for a different scent, please contact us within 14 days.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your candles, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orders@halo-candles.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
